Demotion :(
It's my first semester of university and I'm overwhelmed. I can't do the 24 hours as a shift supervisor anymore. I have 3 choices, as I see it.
Quit and be jobless.
Suck it up and search for a new job.
Get bumped back down to barista.
Has anyone ever asked for a demotion? How did it go? What's it like going from SS to barista again?
I'm scared, but I can't handle the stress of finding a new job just yet.
