Belle Reve Prison
In the DCU, the Belle Reve Prison for metahumans is located in Houma, Louisiana. I live about a half-hour away from Houma.
I bet my DCU counterpart has some weird obsession with supervillains. Possibly to the point where he'd try to become the Robin to some villain's Batman. Which is creepy and would mean he wouldn't last too long, unless he got superpowers or some nifty gadgets.
