Milwaukee County: Your Tax Dollars Hard at Waste

Ok. So there was this uber fucktard in the 2200 block of North Weil just outside of our house, in a county safety vehicle with 4-wheel drive spinning his tires to the point of smoking for like 20 minutes. We offered to help and he refused our help and proceeded to spin his wheels in like 4 inches of snow, because God forbid they, you know, actually plow. Finally he decided that since he didn't know how to drive, or how to shovel (yes folks, he got out for like 30 seconds with a shovel but didn't seem to know what to do with it) or remember anything at all from high school physics class. You know, like sand, salt, kitty litter to provide friction, or that melting the snow by spinning your tires endlessly makes it more slippery. I did not get my baby 4 banger 2.0 liter Focus stuck in the snow piles at the bank today, because I knew how to use a shovel, not spin my tires and accepted help pushing. I also know how to drive in the snow. Finally fucktard gave up and put it in reverse, slid down the hill, all the way down the hill to Garfield so he could turn around (just to get stuck a few blocks later, I'm sure.) Look for bad video footage soon.
