Today I made Apple Flour.

Yeah you read that right biatch...apple flour.

Then I wrapped it around a hockey puck of goat cheese and deep fried it.

I know, I know.

Molten Goaty goodness and apple-ly tastiness?!...and yet, try that over some arugula, candied walnuts, olive oil, & balsamic reduction and you have some goddamned deliciousness, I gotta say.

First time I've felt like me in a long time.
