Yesterday at work I decided to put out another special. It was really on a whim as I suddenly remembered that we had some leftover littlenecks in house after the Raw Bar the night before. Submitted for your approval:
Littlenecks simmered with toasted garlic, shallot, tomato concase, white wine, cracked fennel seed, red pepper flake and clam juice. Served with grilled toast points.
Oh tasty pants.
