For example, we can help you to build the survey instrument, distribute through mail, web, email and phone, and provide comprehensive reports and interpretive analysis.
Should I be nice and tell these people I don't work for Edina Reality? Perhaps I should pretend to be Kevin Ries for a day and try to set up a luncheon with these fine folks? Or maybe I should just reply by "hitting my keyboard with a swordfish" as I like to say?
