so i might be wrong but, when a store goes into help the orders are generally faxed to them unless, for some reason the fax isn't working. the fax is not tied to the same phone lines as the order lines. so we generally fax the orders.. ur teacher was right...sorry

For example on the day the new menu started like 15 stores were in help and I was in charge of calling orders in for them
