Know what's really gross? When I can hear the people who live BELOW me coughing up lungs on their balcony from all the cigarettes they smoke. Totally gross. And, it's (#)*@#() freezing out; why the hell would you go outside and smoke?! It's so chilly in here, it's ridiculous. I'd turn up the heat, but seeing as how heat rises and the vents from the furnace are BY THE CEILING, I don't think that would help much.
