"Hmm?"
"Have you ever thought of changing something about me?"
"No, not really."
"Not even once? Even if you absolutely hate it?"
"No, of course not."
"...Oh. I see."
"Why? What brought on the sudden question?"
"Nothing. I was just wondering if there is something you dislike about me."
"I like all of Kazu. Even if you're stingy and too much of a brat."
"Oi!"
"I'm kidding! But I'll have you know, if anything, there's only one thing I want to change about you. And given the chance, I'll make sure I do."
"And what is that, hmm?"
"Your last name."
Title: You're the Voice I Hear
Pairing: Jun/Nino
Rating: PG
Genre: Fluff
Summary: Jun loves Nino's voice.
Jun loves Nino's voice. He knows it's nothing spectacular compared to others but he loves it nonetheless.
When the smaller man starts to sing, his usual shrilly voice changes entirely. No longer can he hear any traces of sarcasm or playfulness; all that is left is soul. The very sound of his voice as he sings comes out as raw and powerful, and Jun's quite sure he's not the only one who feels Nino's heartfelt emotions.
When Nino laughs, Jun can't help but laugh as well. Not only does Nino look radiant when he's smiling, let alone laughing, he can also hear untainted happiness in his laughs as it resounds.
He even likes it when Nino screams and calls out to him, may it be from fear or pleasure. Because during those times, Nino's guard is down and puts his complete trust in Jun.
The list can go on, but amongst Jun's reasons, there's one that tops the list.
Every night when they lay in each other's arms, Nino never fails to whisper I love you's to him when Nino thinks he's asleep. One would think it sappy, but Jun loves it because he knows Nino means those words. He knows because when Nino loves, he loves with all of his being - heart, mind, and soul.
Jun smiles in thought. He can't help but fall in love more.
Title: See Me Through
Pairing: Sho/Jun, Sho/Nino
Rating: PG
Genre: Angst
Summary: "If only you could see me"
"You're going out?"
"Yeah. I'm taking Nino to dinner."
Of course. It's always been Nino for Sho.
"Oh."
"He's been whining all week that I should take him to dinner." Sho paused to fix his hair. "Just because I forgot that one date."
Despite Sho's complaints, Jun could see a fond smile gracing the older man's lips; he could see how completely enamored Sho is with Nino.
And it would never be with me.
Jun forced to smile.
"You know how Nino is."
"Such a brat." Sho just laughed and turned around. "I better get going, then. Nino might kill me if I'm late. Don't wait up for me, okay?"
Sho flashed him one more smile and left.
As the door closed, Jun sighed and sat on the couch. He closed his eyes and tried to rein in the jealousy and longing he felt in the short time he talked with Sho.
Jun had fallen in love with the man a few years back. And though he wanted to win his affections, Sho had already chosen Nino. Always Nino.
There's nothing he could do but watch.
If you knew how I felt, would you have chosen me? Would you love me the way you love Nino?
"If only you could see me," Jun thought, "then it wouldn't hurt this much to love you."
