Seven days? Really?? EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Congratulations, sweetie :) I hope everything goes well and you enjoy your day! *hugs*
And wow! Well done on grad school! And an interview??? ARGH! So many things happening *flail*
I had my first interview in about 12 years just before Christmas, so not sure I'm much good ;) Just smile a lot, be ready with a question or two? idk. But hope it goes okay!
Congrats on all the exciting news! And some tips for interviews:
1. Research the place where the job is at, if you know a lot of information about the library/company then it shows that you're really interested in getting the job.
2. First impressions are always important, so look the interviewer in the eye, shake their hand (don't wait for them, make the move first.)
3. You don't necessarily have to wear a suit for an interview, wear something that looks professional and is crisp, a nice blouse with slacks or a skirt, even a dress will work.
4. Just remember to be yourself. When they ask a question think it over first instead of trying to get an answer out quickly.
You'll do great! I'm so happy for you :) I'll be starting the dress this weekend so I'll keep you updated on it and we can figure out a date in the next few weeks for us to get together so you can try it on before I sew it.
