Damnit, Die So Fluid are supporting My Ruin and I cant go because I have to work a night shift! I've been in love with Die So Fluid since I stumbled across them when I worked at the Garage. I still listen to Spawn Of Dysfunction all the time. Fucking work! I will find a way to go to more gigs this year. I will, I will, I will.
Ironically I don't care so much about My Ruin anymore. Ironic because I used to be OBSESSED with them. To the point where Tairrie B gave me a 'Infant of Prague' pendant and thanked me in the album cover of 'To Britain with Love..'. I just feel that since their second album they have lost everything I found captivating about them in the first place. They used to seem so raw to me. Full of feminine fury. Now they have morphed into a rather bland metal band, grunting about how God is a moron. What's more the alternative music media like Terrorizer and Rock Sound (*Groan*) seems to love them now. Always a bad sign! It's a shame because I still hear that Tairrie B is as dedicated to her fans as she always was.

I love Skins. I think it's the only TV series to even come close to showing what late teenage life is like in the UK. I was skeptical when i saw the original ads for it but it's so much more beautifully dark than I anticipated. I adore it that much that I may even get off my lazy arse and tune my TV to watch it. It's been a long time since terrestrial TV offered anything worth watching.
