I do not care for your reasons, but please consider giving some kind of warning next time? I do not appreciate my tail nearly catching fire because a poor little fool has some kind of intolerance for plants.
I do not know about you, but getting burned isn't generally considered a pleasant experience.
And I hope you're happy with the smell of burned plants around here.
