SEWDAY!
Just got a new sewing machine, a pretty little Singer Genie I posted about here on my sewing blog. She's a beaut, although I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to resolve her straight stitch issues (i.e. drunken meandering), but she'll make a great zigzag machine!
Spending today in the sewing room, I think. I'm working on a...lot of projects, both sewing and knitting related. The knitting related projects (all three of them) have a deadline of 3 weeks (4 and a bit weeks for one of them) and I really should focus on those, especially the baby sweater I'll have to restart for a 3rd time (*headdesk*), but...
...I DON'T WANNA.
So sewing room it is! What should I work on? The duvet cover (which involved cutting up a bajillion squares) or the pretty little floral top out of some gorgeous Liberty of London cotton I paid through the nose for? Hmm...
