Doctor Who & Christmas

So I told my Mom and brother like six times I wanted the 50th anniversary Union Jack Dalek for Christmas. Of course, that was the one thing I did not get. My birthday is next month, so I made it very clear like three times that I wanted the Dalek. They both don't remember me asking for it. I saw it in October at the book store when I picked up the newest Percy Jackson novel, and told both of them then that I wanted it. I then reminded them both at Thanksgiving when my Mom gave me a Books a Million ad that had a picture of all the Doctor Who merchandise. My brother told me to tell Mom, as she usually buys his presents for me as he has no money as a full time college student with no job. I showed her and told her as well. I know my brother was thinking about finals and his tonsillectomy scheduled at the beginning of December, but I was really frustrated that they both claimed I never told them. It was also aggravating as I went above and beyond this year for my mom's birthday (in December) and Christmas, going in with my dad on a fine jewelry set of necklace and earrings.

Rant over.

Worked this morning until 3:30, then came home. We opened presents, I took a nap, then we ate, and the brother and I watched Doctor Who. That flash from the Eleventh to Twelfth Doctor was lightning fast. What even...

Ready to see Capaldi in action. I love that he's keeping the Scottish accent. :D
