* Washed and bagged all of my greens (spring mix, kale, bib lettuce from CSA).
* Made pico and guacamole.
* Unpacked a bit more in the kitchen.
* Visited mom.
* Went to wal-mart for step stool, HD card reader and clear storage bins. <- HD card reader doesn't work!!!
Planning
* To take my graduation exit exam in the morning.
* To do homework ALL DAY after that. I've GOT to get caught up!
Eating
* Kale sauteed in garlic and onion served over spaghetti with parm and pine nuts. <- This was delicious! Thank you PBS cooking show for the idea!
* Homemade pico de gallo and guacamole.
* A few Doritos at mom's.
