NaNoWriMo Update
For those of you who know I'm doing NaNoWriMo (or National Novel Writing Month if you prefer) I thought you might like an update.
Today was the first day of NaNo (which means the website is down as the server collapses under the weight of all the people trying to update their word count at the same time) and I set myself the personal target of reaching 5000 words by the end of today. This would give a cushion to fall back on over the next few days as you're not supposed to reach 5000 till Day 3.
Well I can safely so I passed my target.
Final word count for today: 5,044.
And yes. I am happy.
