I do think that Sam will react better than Dean did, in part because Dean is still there, unlike the case with John who died before the understanding could sink in. Where I see Sam's anger coming is from Dean not appearing to care enough about his upcoming death, when we know that thought and fear will be uppermost in Sam's mind.
With that said, however, the last private scene between the brothers in AHBL II ranks among my favorite of all time, as Dean got to realize just how much Sam loves him. That love and trust between the brothers really is the essence of the show, and however much it may be stressed, it will always emerge stronger.
Believe me, I undrstand the need to vent at every opportunity - it's precisely why I opened the University. I just had to talk, and talk, and talk
