berlin just doesn't work. you can't make a city by getting all these famous architects building crazy edifices here. i didn't even like most of them. they looked really great in the images, but nothing amazing in the context. oh wait, there is no context! the only thing that was somewhat worth seeing was the new holocaust memorial by peter eisenman. it sucks being dissapointed in such architects like renzo piano, liebenskind or moneo. but bunch of superstars just don't work next to each other. it's like madrid real, the superstar collection, which is not a team anymore.
anyways. i'm in PARIS now. and from the start it seems more promising than berlin.

p.s. oh yeah, i got to ride a scooter in rome with a real roman...
