new barbrocks.com website
I have owned the URL barbrocks.com for over a year now and haven't had any content up. But with some help from my good friend Joel, barbrocks.com is finally up and running with content and looking good!
Since I didn't want to spend any money on website development, mostly after all my knee surgery expenses, Joel made the website using a free CSS template, and then doing some coding per my requests to improve on that. Not surprising, I picked a template of butterflies and my favorite colors, since custom images and templates would have cost money. But I am very happy with how it turned out and appreciate all the hard work and time Joel put into making this happen.
I think it's a pretty cool looking site, plus it has all the content I need up. There's the Home page with general info, upcoming shows, and links to other profile pages. Then there's the Show page with all my shows listed with flyer images. The Band Management page lists all four bands I manage with bios, images, and links to their websites. Media page has both the features in publications about me (Your Music Magazine and San Jose Mercury News), as well as my CD Reviews for Zero Magazine. And the About page has my biography and testimonials on it.
