Updateage
So I guess a lot has been happening, so posting is a good idea.
Mom has been in San Diego to get this whole Sarah and Liam thing settled for the past week and half now. I have been home more than usual, because I have to help keep the house clean for child services to stop by and check it out. My dad and I have been switching off and on cooking dinners, which is usually what my mom does every night. Definitely appreciate what she does for us. I've had to put some of my personal money into maintaining the house, animals, and food. My dad will be giving me money soon so I can go grocery shopping for us.
Sold the couch finally, got $500 for that thing. A lot of it went toward a new awesome monitor that I should be getting tomorrow sometime. Then the rest is going toward little things that I need more than want.
Got a job at Portrait Innovations. I had to go in and set up a checking account, because the payment is done through direct deposit. I'll be getting my debit card soon, but don't have much money right now to use it. I had to send all my paperwork into the franchise's main building, so I'll be getting a call soon when all of that is finished and sorted out on when I can start working. I'll be making $10 per hour starting out, and if I make it through christmas, I'll be receiving a bonus. Christmas is the busiest time for a portrait company, so I might be working pretty hard. That's fine, though, I want money. It's only open from 9-6pm too, so I won't have those crap late hours like everywhere else I had worked. I just hope I can stand screaming kids the whole time.
I decided that after I have been working for five or six months, I'm going to get a car loan and buy myself a nice subaru wrx. I'll be saving up until then and sell the cavalier for whatever that will go for and put a good down payment on it. I hope I can get that, because it would make me very happy.
Alright, I'm gonna go scrounge something small for a very late lunch.
