My ScrapRoom is Complete... FINALLY!
Okay everybody, it is done!! FINALLY!!! My carpet was installed yesterday, completed about noon. i love it, and i think it was a great color choice for the room, very neutral. Here are the pictures i snapped this morning (i spent all afternoon yesterday moving in furniture and getting it set up and i am SCRAPPING with friends today!!!):
This is the view as seen from the front door....
This is my Eyelet Table! It is on wheels so i just wheel it up to the ScrapTable and bang away on it, thereby saving the surface of my ScrapTable! YAY!
This is an up close and personal pic of my ScrapTable, I LOVE IT TO PIECES!!!
Here is the "Layout Clothesline" that i put up above my ScrapTable. It only has one layout on it right now, the last layout for my Wedding Album (our first Anniversary trip) but i am sure i will be putting up more soon!
This is my ScrapArmoire, it is sitting right next to the entrance to my bedroom. i have wanted to use this cabinet this way ever since i bought it from a friend of mine, and i finally get to! In the old house it housed all of our dvd's!
Here are the two paper racks that my friend Kimmy bought me as a housewarming gift and i have all my 8.5 X 11 paper on them, patterned and cardstock, YAY! Next to it is a baker's rack that i put my purse and keys on when i get home from work and on the bottm shelf is the "shoe basket" because there are NO SHOES allowed on my NEW CARPET!!!! The kids are still trying to get used to this! Hey, does anyone here recognize Whassup!!!?? LOL!!!
This is my ScrapSupply table, it has my XXL and paper taker and PSB under it along with a drawer full of stuff, and on top is my ScrapPaper basket (left), and my supply box (right) and in the middle is my basket full of all the miscellaneous ScrapStuff that i need to put away and just haven't had time to! You will notice that i have my Family albums all over the floor in front of this table. i need to find me so heavy duty shelves that i can hang on the wall over the table, up high, to put them all on. So that will be my next project!
This is the corner that i put my old microwave cart in and i will be putting my TV on it when i steal it back from my DD who has been using it in her room since Tuesday! Inside the cupboard underneath is my "albums in progress" for me, DD and DS. On the shelf above the cupboard is a basket with my ScrapMagazines in it.
And last but not least, under the window, between the front door and the TV stand is my little love seat. You know you have to have somewhere to chill out and plan pages! Or just sit back and soak up the atmosphere or just watch some tv.
So anyway, ladies there it is, finally completed, and i can hardly wait for my friends to come over this afternoon/evening and Scrap with me!!!!
