hi! i know that i almost never lock posts and that i don't believe in internet privacy, but i'd still appreciate you (the general you) not cross-posting things from my journal to facebook or twitter.
it's public because it's who i am and, like i said, i don't believe privacy is actually possible on the internet so i don't pretend to have it. but i still don't link coworkers or family to this journal because this is a part of me that i keep for myself. i generally cannot be bothered to explain myself to normies, so not encouraging them to read this has just made my life easier. THANKS! SMOOCHES!

in unrelated news, i got a speeding ticket on the way to work this morning, but the cop knew my boss and told me if i had my boss call him, he would void the ticket. i had a whole lot of issues about asking my boss to get me out of a ticket, but i didn't get to talk to him today anyway so i figured it didn't matter. except the girls in my office were actually fabulous for once and talked to him for me after i left, so he called the cop and i have no ticket. i need to find something non-fattening to bake for them. how do you bake things that are weight watchers friendly?
