if you're not watching in justice, you should start. it's well-written, the characters are interesting, it has the deathslot, and also, the guy who plays conti is
really hot. and
it made me cry tonight, omg. there are two songs that, if used with the remotest bit of skill, will always make me cry. one is "hallelujah" (i prefer the jeff buckley version, but whatever) and the other is "amazing grace" (especially when it's a capella or, even better, just humming). and they did a decent job. and i cried. and shut up.
i was supposed to go away for the weekend but now we're not going. and some interesting stuff happened yesterday that i still need to post about, but i think the "hey guys, someone called me RACIST!" posts are starting to become far too common on this journal, so that story might be saved til after the girl files a formal complaint (against the paper as a whole, not me personally) with the dean like she said she was going to.
in completely not-race-related news, my parents OKed my spring break plans, so now sheena and i are making an itinerary. we might just stay in the UK for the whole week cos it'll be easier, but she's never been to amsterdam and i'd love to go back now that i'm old enough to appreciate it (*g*), so we're looking into that.
the radio show last night was great. i really love being on the radio every week, which totally surprised me. i thought i'd get bored of it pretty fast, but it's something i look forward to now and i wish i could actually have a longer timeslot to myself. i definitely never want a real radio job, cos i refuse to play music that i dislike, but it's fun just screwing around on wlfr.
after the radio show i got up to some shenanigans. breaking laws is my new hobby! we snuck into f-wing, which is under construction and therefore off-limits. which, if you want me to not enter, put locks that i can't pick on doors! (seriously, the only reason i haven't been on the roof of this school yet is cos i can't pick those locks and nobody ever accidentally leaves the doors open like they do to the construction sites.) so we explored and snuck around and had a good time. the stairs are unfinished and lack rails, but we went up to the second floor and walked around. we're saving the third floor for next time, cos we didn't bring flashlights or anything. i ended up on the construction webcam tho, cos i insisted on dancing around and taking pictures of everything *g* oh well. (the pics will be up on
flickr soon, but i haven't decided if they'll be friends only.)
