1. Ellipses are not functionally equivalent to periods or commas. Honest. They go in the same sort of places, but they don't have the same effect.
2. Also, they do not magically impart tension to the prose when used in Costco bulk-purchase quantities. Ending one paragraph with an ellipsis and starting the next paragraph with another one does not double the effect, particularly when it's the third time in six pages.
3. You might want to consider that if you have paragraphs the entire length of a page, they might be too long. Sure, they're a lot easier to typeset (and I thank you for that), but modern fiction readers prefer the prose in smaller bites.
