What I deleted from an email today
"And the warehouse has now been sitting on the 250 copies for two weeks because we can't pry a stupid packing list out of [vendor]. Please inform them that your boss is not in the mood for repeating the same gorram information for the third time in response to random, nonsensical questions, and could they just GET ON IT, PLEASE."
It's a good thing I don't have the power to instantly zap people.
