Dear Adobe,
Your graphics programs are the industry standard. Everyone uses them. Your font library is also wonderful--quite extensive and robust, and again, industry standard. You have even been kind enough to convert most of them to OpenType faces for the modern era.
Once upon a time you also had a brilliant little font management program that worked seamlessly with all fonts and all your programs. But for some reason, when you started updating for the 21st century, you decided to abandon Font Manager. Consequently we are stuck with finding inferior programs that don't really work very well with your products.
