*cough* Roommate hunting is bad for your health!
No really...I think I'm coming down with a case of the ick. I have tickly throat and the backs of my inner ears are itchy...that's like a bad sign my friends.
So today sucked. I managed to finally get two people into my apartment to look at the room, which is clean and painted and stuff...no takers. *sigh*
So I went ahead and re-did my ad. Sadly only after it went through did I notice the typo. Oh well. Still, I have to confess I dunno if it's because it's the end of the month or the ad is better but I've already gotten more email tonight after posting the new ad than I have in the last two months so I'm counting it a win. Wanted: You to share the 2bd/2bath condo I live in. Located in a gated community within Willow Glen. Community has a pool, ample parking and is fairly quiet. Very close to VTA, 87 and 280 freeways. Perfect for students or commuters.
I'm looking for someone who's interested in staying for at least six months because, let's be honest, looking for roommates sucks big time and I'd like some stability in my life, wouldn't you? Come let's be stable together. *grin*
Your room has high ceilings and measures approx 10x11 feet and has recently been painted and had the carpets cleaned.
The rest of the place has kind of a zen feel to it...ok ok what I really mean is I don't have a lot of furniture but it sounds cooler when is say Zen don't you think? PG&E is split, Water and trash are included w/rent. The condo comes with a small stackable washer/dryer. So you can do laundry at home...just teeny loads. Obviously you get your own bathroom and full kitchen privilages.
The rent is 625.00 and is month to month with at least thirty days notice upon leaving. I'm asking for a deposit of $250 and first month required upon move in.
Available now. I am a fairly quiet roommate, although the pink hair might fool the eye and make you think otherwise.
