I promised I'd post a picture of what I was working on this weekend. I am still working on the zombie doll. She's all painted and put together now I just have to dress her. The hat is fur...don't throw blood on me! *grin* It's rabbit...it's from a farm that gets the pelts because the bunnies are sold as food. So they aren't just bumped off for the fur...it's still kind of dubious if you are anti-fur but I felt it was less horrible than if it was just a fur place that didn't make full use of the animal.

The hair is actually the cheapest stuff in the WORLD. It's loose plastic hair in a bag from like a craft store that they use on plastic Santas or something.

Wheee! I'm so excited to see the progress on the zombie doll. She's a real cutie! And yes, that is a fabulous and gigantic hat!

The hat is so gigantic that I've had to retool the costume and make a bustle to off set the bottom or she'll be all lopsided. I could have just made a smaller hat but that would have been less fabulous.
