I hate that "My" business. When possible I delete them or rename them.

I do find all the "My" annoying. I go through and rename all my folders xP

I think Microsoft has since dropped all that. Vista just has folders called "Documemts", "Downloads", and stuff (it doesn't have "stuff" by default, but as and when I move to Vista, mine probably will...).
