Things Buffy Taught Me
Because I'm bored I'm rewatching the Good Seasons (s5-7 are more lie than cake).
Nevertheless, it's gotten me thinking - which is never good - about things we learn from Buffy:
- You should improvise and go with the flow, not just through the motions (s2).
- You should not improvise and follow prelearned moves (s7)
- Sometimes, it's just not worth it to help people (s7)
- Only some girls are special, others just shouldn't bother standing up for themselves (s7)
- You can just forget about making amends to Native Americans because they'r evil murderous fiends (s4)
- Only evil perverts and deviants are gay (s3, angel s5)
- Bisexuals don't exist (s4 onwards)
and my favorite,
- It's okay to kill mentally challenged people because they are worthless compared to you (s5)
