Bon Voyage I - On the Island
I has Bon Voyage, the latest EP for the Sims.
So far, I like it, though it was a bitch to sort out which hacks caused some Bugs From Hell (for anyone interested, either "WooHooTeens_6g_Pets" or "zTwojeffs_Preg For All Genders" (too lazy to sort out which) breaks the wants&fears and "carpoolfix" fucks up the new ability to walk to community lots; there's another that causes a bug when trying to call a taxi on a community lot, but I can live with that until I get an updated version)
I don't know why exactly, but unfortunately, it now takes relatively much longer to load, which is probably my major annoyance so far.
Apart from the vacation destinations, new content like jewelry (ZOMG!) and new turn-on/offs are very welcome additions.
Anyways, now to the pretty part, which is picspam :D !
On the new ocean lot type, you can go sunbathing.
No nudity... yet *waits for a hack update*
You can also swim in the ocean. No sharks or jellyfish or stuff like that.
And now, one of the new abilities you can learn - fire dancing!
FIRE IS PRETTY :D !
YARGH! Here be pirates!
Yeah, I allow the child to play with the ancient pirate ship. It didn't explode, sadly.
In the lookout (the pirate ship is truly huge).
I have no picture of a completed sand castle, but I have one of one being destroyed :D !
On her, you can see a sunburn. Unlike in Seasons, in Bon Voyage, sunburn actually is the result of sunbathing too long instead of overheating like when you drink too much tomato juice.
Sims now can pose without the artist career reward object and also take photos of it.
And finally, the whole lab rat family.
