An Intro
In case you haven't allready guessed, this little journal will tend to be my personal little soapbox for sharing all the wonderful, annoying, etc stories that just seem to grow around the Restaurant Biz like weeds. I've been working at this particular (and purposely nameless) restaurant for a good three and a half years now. In this buisness, that's nearing a lifetime. So, I feel that by now, I know where of I speak.
As a side note, I'll be willing to field (probably with no small amount of sarcasm)any questions anyone might have about what goes on behind the swinging doors at restaurants. Granted, alot of you have or are currently down in these very same trenches. But, I'm bored and annoyed enough to chat about it.
