Earth, Demons, and Angels
Saw the Earth movie a few days ago. Reminded me of March of the Penguins, up to and including the narrator's deep voice. Not a bad way to spend a few hours. Pretty much, if you liked one, you'll like the other, and vice versa.
Read Angels and Demons, in preparation for the upcoming movie. Dude really should have left off the last few chapters, I was quite happy cheering for one character, and boo-ing another, and how I have to flip my opinion of quite a few characters. I hope Tom Hanks does a good job, the movie gets good reviews, and the popcorn is fresh. I mean, it's not like we're talking about LOTR, the only REALLY successful book-to-movie translation (that I've seen. Open to suggestions for my next movie fix!)
