(no subject)
I'm a few hours away from an interview in Sunnyvale, why are the only companies interested in me not in SF? So far I've spoken to people in Santa Clara, San Jose and now Sunnyvale. I've been spoiled by not having to commute for so long. But, really, an hour isn't so bad.
Anyway, the company seems super conservative (which is already weird for a game company) so I'm dusting off my best boring, tattoo hiding business wear and flexing my "the bottom line is most important" brain muscles.
Getting on a plane to NOLA tomorrow morning, I'm still not packed but getting more excited about the trip every moment. I figure, even if the interview goes horribly - I'll be drowning my sorrows in the french quarter and saying "what interview?" less than 24 hours later.
