assigned to work w/ a filipino kid in trg.... first time meeting him today and he tole paulie he was shot by rival gang in kent during a drive by this last sunday... stopped by old coworkers and frees office and same thing happened to one of their kids not too long ago i guess... and two weeks ago coworker was workin w/ a youth that got killed in shootout w/ rival gang... wonderin the correlation b/w education and levy act (ie: sole thing workin w/ youth is for them to pass the WASL) and the rise of gang violence in youth...

said filipino kid paulie began workin w/ is excited that they gon be workin together cuz they got off on dope start like they knew each other already.. only thing that sucks is today will prolly be the first and last time paulie actually will meet him on a "working" level cuz paulie shuckin and jivin...
