I know mackerel sky is when the clouds form little scales across the sky. What do you call it when there are thin parallel ribbons of cloud, with blue sky in between? Whatever it is, it certainly looks pretty. Wish I could look forward to the rest of the weather today. I know most people are enjoying this last bit of summer, but hot weather and pregnancy do not go well together. I am really looking forward to our holiday on the east coast.
