Fresh Ground Comics tomorrow
it seems i will probably be doing stand up tomorrow at Fresh Ground Comics. at least Chris Davis said i could a couple of weeks ago, so i assume the invite still stands. to be honest, i have no material finalized at all, but i have about 30 hours as of this post. i do have a concept that i like, but have struggled to see how it can work. i want to do a version of A Christmas Carol, but as a one person stand up routine. originally it seemed too hard to pull off in 12 minutes or so with only myself playing multiple parts, but i think if i use the audience as the Scrooge character, i might be able to do something pretty funny. the trick now is deciding how to do the ghost of comedy future. what i have in mind is pretty strange and may just leave the audience staring at me...confused.
all this being said, don't be too surprised if you come out and see me doing something totally different. i will try and make people laugh. the operative word being "try".
