Man....I am wiped out.
My friend woke me up early today and we talked about 90 minutes, before I got off the phone and ate some breakfast. I normally would not have been up before 11 on a Saturday, but I was going to a college football game this afternoon, so I had to get up, shower and get ready to go.
My Dad had been acting funky all morning, so Mom and I didn't expect him to go, but went he did. Bitched about parking and ticket prices, as expected, but you know, me and Mom weren't paying him a bit of attention. UM was playing Duke, which was sort of a Catch-22 in that I am 'Cane by birth and all (parents are UM grad school graduates and I was born on the campus, as well as spent the first three years of my life living on the campus), but my LA brother went to Duke and I have mad love for the school on a whole nother level. At any rate, we all managed to enjoy the game (despite the presence of total idiots behind us for most of the game), I got plenty of sun and fresh air (and didn't melt). Afterwards, we went to eat dinner (since I was ravenous as hell), and then came home.
I had to wash my hair- it was beyond time- and while I was deep conditioning, fell straight asleep. :) Mom woke me up and I rinsed out my hair, and it is now pinned up so I can deal with it later. At least it's clean, which is the important thing.
Man, I am wiggy with exhaustion right now. :) I think I will toddle off, watch 'FLCL', read some LJ entries and listen to my Last.FM for a while before I go to bed.....
