Mom took a slight spill at hospital today. She's fine- she wasn't alone-, but she won't be jumping outta the bed no time soon by herself. They took her for a CAT scan, and it was negative. She's got a goose egg on her forehead, but it's starting to go down quickly

Wow....thank you for all of that insight into Ville and his roots. Some of it I knew- like about Timo Mukka, and Jonna- but the other stuff was new to me. I can see how Finland would be proud of him, as he seems to embrace his roots and yet branches off into different ways.

I love that about him, his lack of pretense. I think that's why I like reading or seeing interviews of his because he's never the same in each one. He *is* a character, and that's brill, because he's just blase about the whole thing. I recall one videotaped interview he did a reporter asked him did he have any fetishes, and he got this totally naughty and cheeky smile and said, 'Of course I do, but I'm not telling you them.' I just giggled for days behind that. And I recall seeing an older clip of him singing a Dusty Springfield song in Finnish, and I just thought that was the *coolest* thing in the world, because here's this rocker with long hair and leather singing a chick song! LOL I loved that.

I know a few other Finnish bands- like Negative and 69 Eyes and Rasmus- but that's only because on some of the lists I frequent I have gotten to know their stuff.

Jonna always sort of recalled to me a picture I saw of his mom when she was young, supposedly Ville favours his Mom a lot. And yeah- I think Jonna wears less makeup than Ville....LOL Most women *I* know wear less than he does.
