30 STM on the bill with Aiden.
I am in love with thse two bands all over again.
(And yes- I got caught in the mosh pit four times tonight....and got knocked down twice during 30STM's first number. Thank God I know how to fight my way up from the bottom of a pile or some people would have had broken ankles from me kicking them.)
I met WiL again!!!!!!! (What a sweetheart- he didn't remember per se but he remembered the show- AND he let me hug him again. What a darling boy. :)) My co-worker posed for a pic with him and is now in total love with him. (She doesn't have LJ so I can embrass her all I want.)
Tomo was signing after the show, but I missed Shannon, and tonight was his birthday! *pout* He was looking rather tasty with no shirt on, all sweaty....*ahem*. Excuse me. Never before have I wanted to be in the middle of a Leto brother sandwich.....but I do NOW!!!!!! Jared is still sporting that beard of his, but I am getting adjusted to it- he still looks too damn young in the face! They did a good set, btw.
If anyone goes, get there for the opening bands- they are actually quite worth it, and Aiden played third on our bill, so you might miss them if you come in late.
I have to confess.....I was not really impressed with The Used. I know some people are fans of theirs, but I was not feeling them. Maybe I was tuned out by that point? I did give them a fair listen, and they had some good tunes. I just wasn't feeling them per se' tonight. They were a bit of all right.
And I still managed to enjoy it all while in the middle of cycle. I suppose wonders can happen. :)
