It's the night before.
I promised myself a proper lie down tonight. You can see that didn't happen, right? I am up trying to wait for the Southwest Airlines system to act right so I can finish my Dad's getting home plans. Judgung from the way he's been acting though while in LA, maybe I should make him hitchhike from San Antonio. But my Mom would never forgive me. :)
I heard Italy won the Cup. Eh. I suppose after Trini, England, and Ghana got knocked out, I lost interest. Plus I had my own life dramas going on so,...yeah. Not as interested.
Worked today. It actually wasn't too bad for Sunday- it's usually worse. I actually had something to do by 11, so yay for me. :)
And my two Beckham books came in today!!!!!!! *does Snoppy happy dance* That made going to work all the more worthwhile. I got the autobio and 'My World'. For the pictures ALONE it is a must for any fan of his. I started to appreciate the shaven head a wee bit more too...and how is it he can pull off a hardcore look and still make one want to throw him against a wall? (More to the point, how does Vicks keep her hands offa him? I mean....*hello*!) Ahem. Excuse me. Had a moment. I also purchased vol. 8 of 'The Wallflower'. I love that manga, it tickles me so.
I finished the Laurell Hamilton book last night. Great great read. I heart her writing. She makes it look so effortless and I admire that muchly.
Right. So. Not much for me to do tomorrow. I'll prolly be up around noon, straighten up the guest room a wee bit and pick out what to wear. Well, it's gonna be pants I know that much. No sense in trying to be a fashion victim, I guess. :)
