It has been a week now.....

And I am still on the highest possible high. Not even the prick actions of the MM today (basically reneging on something promised to me, but that's all right, it's all good- I got it under control and so does the big man upstairs, and I am leaving it alone) and an insanely busy afternoon could dampen my mood.

I feel so different. It's weird to say it like that, but I do. I seem....I feel....like a whole new person. Well, okay maybe that is a bit much, but I do feel different from before. It was a special event in my life.

I have even joined the HIM Offical Street Team now. You knew that was coming, didn't you?

The more time I have had to process the show, the more I realize how much I actually remembered about what had happened and what the songs were:

-'The Sacrament'
-'Play Dead'
-'Vampire Heart' (written because he is a big A and B-horror movie fan and 'John Carpenter scared the fuck out of me as a child' in his words)
-'Rip Out the Wings of a Butterfly'(but of course...:))
-'Killing Loneliness'
-'Buried Alive by Love'
-'Poison Girl'
-'Wicked Game'
-'Black Sabbath' (w/the insert of 'Frozen' by Madonna.....they SO need to do that as a cover for release)
-'Solitary Man'
-'Behind the Crimson Door'
-'Join Me in Death'

I was hoping for 'In the Nightside of Eden', 'Dark Light's' closer, because his vocals are lovely on that track, as well as 'The Face of God'. But to be honest, I am so not disappointed by the songs played, just to hear him sing and to see him. He has this charisma that just comes out in the live setting that it is only hinted at on record.

Plus the fact, I am pressing more people to check them out, to hear them and make thier own judgements.

And my next project? Getting my heartagram tattoo, but in gold like on the cover of 'Love Metal'. Not sure how the folks or family would take it, but it is something I do want. I'll just have to put it someplace where I won't get a bunch of comments. But it is my body, after all. :)

And who doesn't love a man who not only admits to singing Nik Kershaw when he was 8 years old, but still mentions it, and who has sung 'I Only Wanna Be with You' in Finnish (I have seen the video, so I know this as fact)- yeah, the Dusty Springfield song! :)

Okay, I am sprung now. I will go to bed now. LOL
