I am sure everyone does, aru. However, I would not let your emotions completely take you over. It is fine to be upset since this is so sickening, but do not lose control over yourself. That is just what the one responsible for this wants, aru.

[He listens to the crying.]

I do not think so. Something about it does not sound human, aru. [It also sent chills down his spine.]

Of course I am, aru.

[He'll be attaching the comm to his belt as he cautiously follows the sound of the crying. He moves into an alley between two apartment buildings and as he does the crying gets louder. It's dark, but he can still see.

Then he notices a woman dressed in rags, crouched down, sobbing.]

Are you alright? Can I help you?

[China himself cannot be seen on camera, but the woman can. At the sound of his voice, the crying stops and turns into a low growl. When China squints his eyes, he finally notices the long claws. He backs away, quietly.]

[China continues to back away, but not once does he look away from the demonic woman. The woman stops growling and returns to her moaning, but--as if the devil himself had made it happen--a flock of nearby crows took flight, cawing.

The woman suddenly let out a shriek and rushed straight towards China. Meanwhile, the comm catches a glimpse of her terrifying face as she comes. There's what might have been a curse word in Mandarin before the feed cuts off and nothing but static is seen.]

[gochuugoku]

[The static continues for fifteen minutes before it finally clears up, revealing a bloodied China with gashes at his chest and his uniform torn in many places.]

Is it working, Michelangelo? I can see and hear you, aru.

[He moves the comm so it catches sight of the Witch. His bayonet rifle was stuck right in her forehead.]

That was the only way to kill her, aru. A shot, or a stab, to the head. That way the brain cannot communicate with the rest of the body any longer.

[He puts a hand to the gashes at his chest.]

That is not necessary, aru. I have been through much worse than this and besides, what good will it be if the subway ride takes two hours?

[He begins to walk (though it's down with some effort) back in the direction towards his apartment.]
