...off to the land of funny-speaking lads
...so i'm off to Vietnam. a three weeks' family vacation to a country where all i'll do is finish my Summer Reading. perhaps i'm exaggerating, there are plenty of wonders to be explored in this strange-smelling, developing nation.
i'm hoping this trip will be my senior appetizer, the next uninteresting chapter in a pathetic summer i actually find "uber" fun and exciting (no, seriously). so what if i'm not taking a class, seeking employment, or carousing summer camp/college opportunities? countless movie nights, spectrum schedules, and blatant "chillin" have enriched me to the status of a pointless bum. but nonetheless, i'm hoping Vietnam won't interrupt this pattern of mindless summer enjoyment.
eh, three weeks is nothing. i'm gonna miss my vixen, though. quite cheesily, every moment with her is nothing short of incredible. but frankly, charlotte's just plain embarrassing sometimes. (i kiiiid, i kiiiid!!!)
i enjoyed the cake and gathering as well as the stuffy sleepover. u'll get gifts.
so update your journals kids...frequently. i'll be reading across the seas. you all write GREAT and INTERESTING journal entries...for me to poop on!!! (i love your triump the insult dog).
since i'll have nothing better to do, i plan to send out postcards. reply with the addresses to your humble abodes. i know none of em. you paranoid freaks can just email it to me at vpxdragon@aol.com.
