A pair of jet black eyes landed on brown ones, curiosity plainly written on those pair of brown orbs.
"Great." Joonmyun smiles. Not at him, not at anyone, not at himself but he just smiles.
He nodded. Because he understands, not Joonmyun, not his situation, not himself but he just can understand.
Joonmyun looks at him, his expression filled with apprehension, but there was hope somewhere beyond those brown eyes.

He looked at his palm. At the hand awaiting for him, for him to take.
"Don't you trust me?" he asks.
If I'd say I trust you would you never take your hand back? Came unsaid, but he took his hand anyway.
Kyungsoo looks at him, at Joonmyun's expression, it's far from what it was a while ago, there were no more anxiety, no more fear, just a smile, a genuine smile that reassures Kyungsoo of security.
"Let's run."
Kyungsoo took a deep breath before stepping a foot.
後悔させないと誓う 。。
I swear I won't let you regret 。。
He stopped for a moment, and panted. He closed his eyes, feeling the rush of adrenaline kicking in his nerves, the sudden rush of blood in his veins. It was euphoric, addicting-to the extent that he can't control himself anymore, he doesn't want to stop but he did. Just to take a sudden break. Just a break.
"Are you okay?" here it is again, another genuine anxiety that Kyungsoo has always hated.
"I've never been so fine." He looks up at him, eyes gleaming, his grin blinding Joonmyun.
But his expression doesn't change. Not how Kyungsoo thought it would be.
His vision is suddenly coming to a blur. Probably from the sudden rush of excitement, the exhausting long run. But his smile never disappeared. Never.
"Run again..." He said. "With me..." He saw Joonmyun's eyes widened. "Promise me..."
Joonmyun never got to promise him another run.
