i'm not sure what your job prospects are if you apply to australia (but your fabrica stint should really make you a stellar candidate here), but there are adv. to starting life in melb = high pay, low-ish taxes (when you first start... tax threshold is pretty decent), rent's do-able, cheap cars (ours was 3k) and a favourable exchange rate. i suppose london will be way better since your savings will treble when you exchange it back to sgd... the only problem is london is way more competitive than melbourne is. job prospects in sydney are better. america's good. but very hard to break into the market. hmmmm..... how about canada? nic misses vancouver a lot. i think he wants to move back there some day.

Don't know about job prospects, never thought about australia- haven't taken to the country as i've only been to perth 3 times!
Next pit stop is probably shanghai/hong kong/tokyo.
Most likely tokyo, will be taking japanese classes when i head home. But first, to pay my dues. sigh responsibilities.
