Close Tab If You Want, k?
Just this week I met a bunch of ex-classmates - Isa, Toby*, Lily, Christian* and Donnie* - at the University, all at different times, all for less than five minutes, all only once.
It's kind of sad, but it brightened my day(s), sort of. Because Uni is boring. So very boring that some day I'll fall asleep instead of just dozing off. (I might be turning narcoleptic )
Negative Stuff:
- I still didn't make any friends; that my class is mostly guys doesn't help. But some actually greet me, so it's okay.
- Teachers all come to class late; probably because there are no breaks, they make their own.
- The School System is as bad or even worse then the Highschool's.
- There are no schedules anywhere, nor are there any updated maps.
- I have classes in, like, 4 different building. No joke.
- Every time I need something, the according place is either closed or there's a huge line.
- Just the last 2 days I managed to handwrite 3 A5 pages during waiting time.
- Cellphone Tetris has been my main past-time.
Discoveries:
- Science nerds prefer listening to House music, it seems; so I guessed right when some years ago I made up my Science Geek character, Deshaun.
- Some University students still use Computer Science class to surf the net instead of listening to the teacher... and I though that was a highschool thing!
- University students are immature, maybe even more so than Highschool students.
- Massacring Freshmen is only a custom in Portugal. And it's even more disgusting then I had assumed.
- The Heroes series is now too far fetched and screwed to be interesting. It makes you go WTF?! in a bad way.
- NCIS is still awesome. Did the fanservice pick up or am I just too much of a fangirl?
- OneNote 2007 is the most useful thing ever!
- Politics is Justice inverted: the President takes the role of the Jury, and the Assembly takes the role of the Judge.
