Computer
Finally got a computer back. About 5 days before our warranty ran out, we finally got our goofed up computer fixed. We'd been without it for nearly 2 weeks and Smurf was going crazy...therefore driving me crazy. New motherboard, graphics card, processor and several other things. Basically the only thing still good was the hard drive and the box casing it all.
Anxiety
Anyhow, Smurf got me into a martial arts class to help me with my anxiety problems. I got bad again as soon as work let out, got a refill on my meds I had taken years ago...that went badly. I was as bad on them, with different symptoms, as without. And I absolutely couldn't eat on them. Off of them, I'm doing much better, esp. with the class reteaching me how to breath normally. Besides, there's nothing like having some empowering moments of throwing a 300 lb man off of you, and having some reminding aches and pains the day after. I'm feeling much better, though I could barely move this morning.
Smurf
Part of my anxiety at times...not really him, but his crappy job putting him into a crappy mood that he doesnt take out on me, but I can still feel. He's going to look into a job at the hospital just to get out of the retail crap and hopefully all the silly drama of the other workers. He will be starting school in mere weeks and is very excited. He still has a few things that need to be complete...one I fear may not be. His dr. wont sign a form saying he's mentally and physically fit to go to school because it's been so long since he's seen him. And even if Smurf makes an appointment, he still may not because the lack of history on the mental part. He's hoping my aunt will do the forms, but I don't like putting her in that position.
Kidlet
Girly is doing great. She is hilarious to listen to, esp. in the morning. When she just wakes up, she starts spouting off facts or repeating what we've told her to do or not to do. I listened for 45 minutes this morning about "Giraffe's are long animals and elephants have trunks and I rode an elephant...I rode it with Paw Paw, but I never ride a giraffe and my bird is a toy and it has blue feet and it can't play while we try to sleep and I had an accident after nap yesterday but it was ok because I was trying to not have one and we had ice cream last night and your friends were there, Mommy." Yeah pretty much as quick as you can read it, for about 45 minutes. Sponge brain likes to repeat what she's learned to make sure we know she remembers it. Gets her in trouble when she tells me that I need to change my attitude or tells my mother that she's driving her crazy.
