Nurse for a day
Well here I am at home nursing my parents. Mum still has some mystery illness which has kept her in bed for months going on to years, and then about half an hour ago, Dad did his back. So they're both in bed in pain and I'm their nurse. Good thing I'm home most of today, although I will be out at uni later on. Hopefully Dad's back isn't too bad and he will be back in action tomorrow, but we can't be sure.
*sigh* Mum's quite upset about it. She blames herself for her illness and sees herself as a burden to Dad and her thinking today has shifted to the point where she feels like since Dad's out of action she feels like a burden to me. That's not how I feel at all and I just wish she could get better so she could see the sea again...
