Well I am feeling quite proud of myself tonight. Why? Well in the last 2 weeks I have made several new recipes I got from my new Weight Watchers books. They're really nice recipes too and they're healthy!

Two weeks ago I made a really yummy 'Spinach and Sun Dried Tomato Pizza'. It was absolutely divine. I took it to school for lunches as well and everyone was quite impressed and envious. Tonight I made grilled vegetable salad to take for lunch tomorrow. I had 'free' vegie soup for dinner which I made on Sunday. And for dessert I had 2 pieces of chocolate banana bread which I also made on Sunday. It's absolutely delicious!!

Last night I made a really yummy vegetable crumble for dinner. It was soooo yummy. The vegetables were baked to perfection. Really nice soft mushy pumpkin, juicy mushroom and lots of flavour from many vegies and the crumble topping. I had it for dinner last night and for lunch today. Mmmmmmmm!!! :D

I have also recently made a 'Golden Syrup and Museli Slice' and a fruit cake for a staff function we had. Everyone said it was delicious and some asked for the recipe. I am really loving doing Weight Watchers and discovering really nice recipes and yummy healthy foods. Definitely doing these recipes again!! :)
